I was introduced to A to Z appliance from a co-worker that has used them for many years. I have used them for over 10 years for various repairs, including when my mom's dryer wasn't working properly and fixing an old stove, and most recently my wall oven. They have always been good with their prices, answered all my questions, and their service has ALWAYS been friendly. I never feel like they don't have the time or that I'm bothering them. They seem to have all the parts I've needed. I feel that they are a great value and are a great resource for me, and I highly recommend them. Trying to just buy a part in New York to fix something yourself nearly impossible until we found Vinnie at A To Z Appliance! He was fantastic - he gave us tips over the phone on how to test the evaporator motor in our fridge and even when model and make of the fridge was no longer in production, we went into his shop and he was an expert at finding a replacement that was compatible. He teaches you so much over the phone and in person that I really felt more confident going to A to Z than getting some random repairman who would probably charge us an arm and leg to replace everything! He makes you feel confident about what level of DIY work you can do. Definitely would go back for any other appliance parts or tips...

I bought a washer control board from them. That was supposed to have a 30 day no question asked Warranty. It was shipped to me the tabs to mount it, we’re all broke off, but I zip tied it on plugged it in . It was like Russian roulette with the machine, the brain was scrambled And I couldn’t get it to do anything the readout was scrambled. The old control board would work for a while and then it would just quit , And say couldn’t communicate with the motor. I emailed and tried to get a hold of them countless times with no answer on how to return. I will never buy anything from them again and I suggest you stay far far away from them. Their warranty is...
