Packaging Bee — Local services in New York

Terrible experience. Packaging Bee quoted me on boxes and had me ship them products to design inserts for the packaging. I had them overnighted. They never let me know they received them so I reached back out. They ignored my emails so I went to their website knowing the live chat person would message. They checked on the situation and told me the products were received and they would followup with me that same day, but they didn't. They ended up messaging a day or two later saying they would email we a template for the design -- but didn't mention anything about the products they sent. They never ended up sending the template either. I mentioned multiple times that the packaging needs were urgent and I could use a different supplier in the meantime and come back to them when they weren't so busy, but they didn't have the courtesy to respond to these messages -- instead leaving me in limbo wondering if my packaging inserts were being worked on or not. Now I am out my time and my products. I guess we will see if they ever send...

Do Not!!! I mean Do NOT use this company! My representative was Naomi and then multiple interactions with the live chat. I was very forthcoming that I needed our company branded folder for a live in person event that we'd paid thousands of dollars for! Over $20,000 for this event and I had to have the folders by a specific date. Not only did Naomi stop responding after I made payment but all the representatives where absolutely inconsiderate that the items would not be shipped or arrive on time! Can you imagine that they would ask me if I can move the event back!!!!! Who or what company ask this question? and then to think that the live chat would ask me to provide my routing and account number to process a refund!!! Doesn't this sound like a SCAM!!! I received quotes from a couple of different custom box companies, but Packaging Bee checked all of our boxes (hehe--pun intended). Ron was eager to help as soon as I got to the website. He was not pushy and he let me take all the time I needed to perfect our design and to create our vision. We are preparing for our first Trade Show at the Las Vegas Souvenir show in October and I know that these boxes will give us the professional look we are going for. Ron sent us sample boxes of other designs they had created. He made me feel so confident that we were making the right choice to go with them.
