Koze Vibes Plant Shop Cafe — Local services in New York

I found Soil Vibes by doing a google search for black-owned plant shops in NYC, and I was NOT disappointed! Shana is the BOMB, and her customer service is top-notch! Soil Vibes has the largest & healthiest variety of plants available for pick-up and delivery that I’ve seen online, and in NYC! I ordered my plabies (plant babies) Saturday, June 11, 2022, and Shana herself hand delivered my plabies to my front door Friday, June 17, 2022 - yes you read that correctly! Her packaging was beautiful, as she had each plant wrapped in pink tissue paper with a card attached to the bag. Shana was so pleasant, down-to-earth, and knowledgeable. She gave me tips for each of my plabies - as I am a new plant mom, and extended herself to help further if any issues arise. Not only will I be purchasing from Shana & Soil Vibes again, but I will spread the word! I am so happy I found Soil Vibes, and I cannot wait to support again! Shana, thank you for all that you do for your customers and your plants, you are greatly appreciated. Shana is the absolute best! She is the sweetest and most welcoming plant seller I have met, and puts so much thought and detail into everything she does. She does the best for both the customers and her plants, and I am so glad I found her. She has a broad variety of plants, both common and rare. Every time I go to her shop to buy one plant, I always come back with a couple! Not just because I end up buying more, but also because she is so generous with rehab plants as well as free cuttings for special promotions.
