Mi Armadillo Mexican Taqueria — Restaurant in New York

I love to order from this place, it is one of my favorite Mexican places, I am from Mexico so I do know when I run into a good Mexican place, unfortunately this place lacks some management, frequently enough you as a customer run into situations with them for example, today Setp 13 2025, I placed my order at 5pm, then around 6pm I called the restaurant to ask for the status of my order to realize that they did not even get my order, one hour later, nobody called me, nobody sent me an email, nobody sent me a text, so I told the lady that I was speaking to, that I have been charged so she proceeded to tell me that they will make my order and send it to me so I said ok, I gave her my order and my address and as of 7:05pm 2 hours later I am still waiting for my order so I just called again to be told to wait 15 more mins for the delivery guy to leave with my order, so if you place an order from here make sure that you call them 5 mins later to make sure that: 1.- they have a delivery guy, 2.- to make sure that their online delivery platform works, 3.- to make sure that they got your order, I think I have cut them enough slack so I would be apprehensive to order from here again, it is very inconsistent their reliability, the food is...
