Great experience overall.

I came here for my drug test early in the morning, and it was very quiet, with only a few people waiting. The environment was clean, comfortable, and air-conditioned. The location is easily accessible and well-maintained, which made everything straightforward and pleasant.

The staff were friendly and professional throughout the process. I arrived about 15 minutes early and waited in my car until it was time. I checked in on my phone, and when the technician was ready, I received a text notification. My name appeared on the screen inside, and they called me up when it was my turn. The entire appointment was quick and efficient—I was in and out within about 5–8 minutes.

I had recently on 4/12 2023 given LabCorp at 4 east 107th Street a👍 for what I thought was was fast, clean and curtious service. Only find out they sent my results to the wrong Employer and some Doctor I have no affiliation with. I am now actively fighting for the chance to receive my results or be retested as the mistakes made were all on them . I did everything was directed. I have documented proof that it is their era, Don't use this Lab your job may be in jeopardy I didn't even want to rate them a 1. I made appointment for my annual drug test 1 week ago. I arrived and checked in on time. This spot is a whole mess. Literally 100 people walked in and they are taking every one. There is no difference if you have appointment on not. I have been doing drug test with Labcorp for 15 years. But I’ve never had such awful experience. It’s been an hour still I haven’t been called for payment. God knows how many more hours it takes to collect my sample. My question is what is the whole point of taking appointment.
