My first visit to Exotic Fragrances was an absolute treat! I had the pleasure of being helped by Louis (L-U-I-S) and when I say attentive, I mean every sense of the word. He made sure I got to smell exactly what I was curious about, patiently walking me through their huge selection of oils – including lots of new arrivals.

They use testers, so you can sample scents before you commit. Some were super potent right away, others I’ll need to test on my skin (because we all know a fragrance can smell totally different on paper than it does on you).

The prices are very affordable, and the store itself is clean and well-kept. It was crowded (which is actually a good sign!) and they keep things organized with a number system. Tip for first-timers: as soon as you walk in, grab a number from the left-hand side—unless you already know exactly what you want, in which case they have an express line.

Louis clearly enjoyed helping me, and as I was leaving, he even surprised me with six or seven free samples—such a kind gesture! The only small downside was not realizing I needed a number right away, but honestly, the great service made up for it.

I loved the experience, I loved the customer service, and I’ll definitely be back. I’ll update this review once I’ve worn the oils and can share how they settle on my skin.

I rarely take the time to write reviews, but the outstanding customer service I received from Gabe and Halo at Exotic Fragrances absolutely deserves recognition.

From the moment I walked in, Gabe greeted me with a warm, genuine smile and a sincere eagerness to help. His knowledge of the fragrances was nothing short of impressive. He listened carefully to my preferences, asked thoughtful questions, and effortlessly guided me toward scents that matched my personality and style. You could tell he wasn’t just selling , he genuinely wanted me to find something I would love.

Halo brought a calm and elegant energy to the experience, offering suggestions with such grace and care. She had a remarkable intuition for understanding what I was looking for even before I could fully describe it. Her passion for the artistry behind each fragrance truly elevated the interaction.

Together, Gabe and Halo created an experience that felt personalized, luxurious, and unforgettable. They weren’t just employees , they were fragrance curators, storytellers, and warm-hearted professionals who clearly love what they do.

Thanks to them, I walked out not only with an exquisite scent but also with a lasting memory of being truly seen and valued as a customer. Exotic Fragrances is lucky to have them, and I’ll definitely be returning not just for the products, but for the people.

Five stars isn't enough — they deserve...

This is an Updete to my Update: 02/16/2025..well unfortunately, its not a good one..the past few times i came here there oils appear to be watered down, and the scent is not really like the original, i thought maybe i just got a bad batch, but unfortunately, i like this place so much i bought about 6 more different oils from here and they wear off in about 40 minutes, i had to keep on applying the oil through out the day😥 i don't think ill be going back, there falling off and the quality is failing miserably..very watered down and dont smell like the original, i really hope they go back to the qaulity oils that i was used to with them😥 ill try again in a year and hopefully will have a better review....Update: Helppppppp i can't stop buying oils from this place. It's right around where i work, and everything is so official, and the price is always fantastic.. Im currently wearing bond #9 Lafayette as im writing this, and this might be my new jump off🔥 just be forewarned, if you like to smell good, this is the spot and make sure you bring a little extra money because you gonna want everything, or maybe thats just me🤣 either way, You cannot beat this spot💯..........(Got great smelling designer oils.. why pay for the cologne or perfume when you can get the exact same scent in oil form...love...
