Not too bad, my eyebrows came out great. But I feel as though one of the workers was really pushy about me getting her other services, when I’m really not there for that. Being the people pleaser that I am, I went along and got something she recommended but I shared my concerns with her about having two nose rings in & she said it would be completely fine… however just a few moments later as she’s doing the treatment both of my nose rings get PULLED out & this was in fact extremely painful. I left the store teary eyed and just felt so uncomfortable & embarrassed. One of my rings did fall on the ground and it could’ve gotten lost or damaged. Throughout the service she would even say that she does facials for $50, and that it’s really good but again. I wasn’t there for that, I said no the first time and then she mentioned it again and I had to say no for the second time. I usually come here and I usually get serviced by someone else, so I was shocked to say the least that my experience here was so much different. Not sure if I’m comfortable coming here again.

I went here for my eyebrows for the first time, and I was SO impressed with Anita's knowledge and abilities. It was the least painful that threading has ever been for me, and Anita really caters to your personal eyebrow shape. Aside from that, she is also so welcoming and friendly; she treats everyone who walks through the door like a close friend. I bought the 3-month membership and can't wait to keep going back!
