Marcy is a true artist. I've been on an eyebrow journey for the past two decades trying to grown in my stubborn brows, and finally took the plunge and tried microblading with Marcy Skyer. After a careful assessment of my bone structure, existing brows, discussion of my brow goals, and eye placement, Marcy penciled in an ideal brow look for me. I was already in love with the look at that point. She used a mixed technique of shading and 3-D brows, and has a very gentle hand. Marcy is patient and meticulous in her work, and will not let you leave until she is satisfied that every hair looks perfect (I thought they looked fantastic but she squinted at my face and made me lie down several times until she was happy with my look). Marcy Skyer is beyond talented when it comes to makeup. She was my makeup artist for my wedding and also for my four bridesmaids and mom that day. From my initial conversation with Marcy to setup our trial- I could tell she was top-notch, professional, and reliable. She was flexible, punctual with timing, calm, and really made everyone in my wedding party look their absolute best. Marcy Skyer did make-up for me on my wedding day, along with my six bridesmaids and mom. From start to finish, Marcy was professional, confident, and really paid attention to what made me feel my most beautiful! On the day of the wedding, Marcy was calm and organized - she was doing make up for 8 people and she ran a perfect schedule that felt calm and natural! I felt absolutely like my best self on my wedding day and some of my favorite pictures are from the very end of the night -- make-up still looked great!
