Rockaway Bites — Restaurant in New York

I’ve been here 2 days in a row, I didn’t mind the careless service the first day but when it happened the second day I told them I am not coming back here anymore. No one should treat any customer like this place does. Smh.

The first day I was asking if they had latte and they said no. So I said I’ll get a cappuccino which was on the menu and they said they only have regular coffee with a little attitude. On the second day I came in at 7 AM and the guy was doing stocking when he told me the store was closed. I then asked him; “Don’t you open at 7 AM?” Which he replied to; “Yes, but I am busy.” With a clear attitude. Then I laughed and said you can’t treat a customer like that. He wanted me to come back in but it was too late. Like I said, I am not going back to this...

Every time I come in to order a sandwich the sandwich guy is so rude! Never acknowledges you and when you try to order he will cut u off to tell you that he has sandwiches before you so u have to wait very rudely ! never in my life has a deli ever not even taken my order because of other sandwiches I stood there for about 7 minutes just being ignored trying to get a sandwich before work. After he rudely told me I had to wait before I even say what I wanted I walked out immediately never will order sandwiches or anything at all from there again ! Disgusting attitude if u hate where you work leave !! if not make the best of it with a smile on your face perhaps! Such nasty negative...

$24 for a 12 pack of Modelo ... I buy premium beers and they don’t even cost that. I hate when people try to rip people off. Just because they are located close to the beach does not give them the right to over charge people. There is a Rite Aid two blocks away...
