Buyers Beware - We used Pricestone at the recommendation of our contractor. Which started with spending a little over one week picking tile to order samples, receiving samples, and deciding the tile we loved, and once our Reno started, and it came time to order the tile, is when we were told their supplier only sold it by the pallet, and we couldn't get the tile we had chosen. Honest mistake, no problem. We then decide to go a very different direction based on our schedule now being short, and assured the specific tile we decided on was LOCAL and IN STOCK. Our contractor asked us to order a lot of extra, to be extra sure we wouldn't be delayed by the tile any longer. We asked TWICE, with written proof, through email and text, that we can return the unused tile and not be charged any fees, both times receiving confirmation with WRITTEN PROOF that we wouldn't be charged any fees. Finished the renovation, have roughly 20 boxes of un-opened tile, which they take back but can't issue a refund on site, because it's Saturday, so we get a receipt for the refund. Call on Monday, and they explain they can't waive the restocking fee, and to speak to a manager. The Manager, won't speak on the phone, only through text. And now we are over a month after the return of the tile, and still no refund is issued, as the manager keeps texting that he gets charged a re-stocking fee and it's not his fault his employee lied to us... He will not honor the agreements that his employees made, even with written proof, simply keeps reciting the same lines that he pays money to restock it, so simply doesn't care what his employees promised.
