I am a long term customer of the place, and I'm delighted to say that the service was truly excellent. What I appreciated the most was that they never pressured me for tips. It's unfortunate to see a review criticizing a $40 massage for requesting a $10 tip. In my opinion, this criticism seems a bit unreasonable since the base price is already incredibly low, and tipping should be based on the quality of service, not just the price. And tbh if you cannot afford to tip $10 for an one on one service.. stay home ma’am. And you’re more than welcome to go to those places who charge you over $100 for an one hour massage and you can happily tip them base on the $100. People nowadays are ridiculously unreasonable. Came for a full body massage First the girl never massaged my feet and I decided to take a feet massage separate . Both massages was less then ok…. A week passed my neck and my back hurts so much after that massage that I had to go to a doctor! Everything got so inflamed! They don’t know what they doing there! While I was getting feet massage the other girl was filming the whole process I guess this is how they learn! I’m not even sure if they have license ! Never coming back again! I really enjoyed my time here. Kelly was my hair spa specialist and she was amazing. It was exactly what I envisioned in a hair spa experience. I just wish the beds were a little more comfortable.
