My Way Auto Repair & Glass — Local services in New York

The father thinks he is a big shot. I came here FOUR times & paid them $100 to fix my blindspot issue when all it needed was a new mirror which i ended up placing it & ordering it myself. Joe claimed its their diagnose fee- but I was never told they had a diagnose fee and the son Anthony said it was their price to fix my mirror blindspot issue- which they did not. Ya’ll are a rinky dinky auto body shop in sunset ya’ll are not a dealership. The dad Joe has the audacity to tell me on the phone after I had been there FOUR times- “i don’t know if you know how business works but that is my fee” . Rude arrogant jerk -he never stated there was a fee when I arrived & he did not provide any business for me to pay him. It is evident you Joe do not know how business works because you didn’t provide me with any but you guys charged me - it’s because I’m a female & I went there alone. Pleasantly surprised by this shop, I came across it while researching windshield replacement cost since my daughter's hood flew open on the FDR and smashed the window, they were compatible $ with several shops so I choose this one since it was closest. I noticed they did repair work so I asked them to locate a loud noise coming from the rear end. Make a long story short they repaired the rust under the windshield and fixed the hood latch for only an additional 25 bucks, they replaced the rear shocks (one was busted) and had to change the mounting brackets at no additional charge! While I was paying the bill they were checking the tire pressure without me even asking! Father / Son shop HIGHLY recommended and will be using them again.. Thanks guys for service above and beyond.. I went to this shop 3 years ago because a friend recomended them to me. They were the best find I could have ever hoped for. The mechanics are not only experienced professionals but they treat you like family. I cannot say enough good things about them. They have always been there for what ever I needed and they are "not out to just make money" they care about their customers and your car. They are HONEST and do not charge those crazy prices like those other auto places. I TOTALLY TRUST THEM and HAVE NOTHING BUT GOOD THINGS TO SAY ABOUT THEM. THEY ARE SIMPLY AMAZING AND WONDERFUL. THERE IS NO JOB TO BIG OR SMALL.
