La Parada 2 — Restaurant in New York

They got 1 star so I can post this review. These people are disgusting and rude. The worst service. The minute I walked thru the door I was greeted with mean faces, they did not have the food stated on the Friday menu and it was Friday. When I asked for a steak sandwich instead the cook with a bulldog face announced she would not make the sandwich. So I kindly walked out and went to the delicious and hospitable restaurant Table 87 down the block where I got a meatball Parmigiano in 15 minutes. Never going to this so called restaurant LA Parada...

The customer service is incredibly bad, on different occasions, I have ordered here and sometimes my food arrives and other times they cancel it after waiting up to an hour and they don't even explain the reason, until you call them and they tell you that your address is far away, which does not make any sense because otherwise it should not appear in the delivery range ... Also, how is it that sometimes they send my delivery and sometimes not? I gave them 5 chances at different times and it's still the same! There are no excuses The only kind person who works there is a Good Men, when the ladies attend they don't even care to give a solution and they blame the person from the Delivery!

It's sad, because their food is not bad, but it is useless if they do not care about their customers and have such bad attention!
