I cried after she left the room for the gel mask to dry off. Didn’t want her to get the pleasure of seeing it first hand. All my years of living on this earth, I have never regretted anything as bad as I did visiting this place. Almost $165 (kali glow treatment plus taxes) wasted for the worst facial I have ever done. Imagine using a scrub on active acne in a harsh manner. If you will still do extraction, why scrub my face in a manner that will cause irritation leading to more breakouts and eventually, hyperpigmentation?. My eyes weren’t protected and she was so unprofessional with the way she was scrubbing and washing my face (her gloves kept shoving all the products underneath my eyes that I teared up. She argued with me for minutes when I told her my eyes were burning up instead of immediately rendering solutions to it. She kept saying, “I never touched your eyes” with a loud and rude tone (all these while I was almost crying and asking her to let me have a tissue). She later told me to stand up and go wash my eyes in the bathroom when I clearly repeated I couldn’t see. She told me she doesn’t have a tissue and I should go get one myself (How will I find my way to the bathroom?). That was the most inhumane and insensitive thing I have ever experienced. She lacks empathy and professionalism (she was chewing gum so loudly even before the argument started). She told me my eyes weren’t burning because she didn’t touch them and the product she used was mild and no one has ever complained of it being harsh. This was when I lost it and asked her if I was other clients. Don’t we all have different skin type?. She then out rightly told me she wants to stop the treatment but I declined because I knew I’ll have to do a tug of war with her to get my money back. Plus, I did not know all the active ingredient or products she used and if I need a neutralizer (she clearly wouldn’t have told me that). Lastly, She didn’t properly wipe off the gel residue she left all over my hair, neck and face. I had to do that in the restroom after the session (it dripped all over my neck, ears and hair). I still had some left in those part when we were done. I have never written a review, not even on Amazon. I can’t let someone else be treated like I was. I will rather have the worst case acne on planet earth than return here. This is the most rude and uncouth human I have ever come across. Even your replies to other reviews would have made it clear to me how unprofessional you are, had i just checked for myself. The length of this review shows how unhappy I am after...
Read moreIf you would like to preserve your natural lashes please do not go here. First things first I am only satisfied with giving the ONE star because she was very friendly and nice during the service, and the results LOOK pretty. I was feeling myself for the first week lol. However the technique behind it needs work. While being serviced she constantly tugged on my natural lashes with the tweezer because (i didn’t realize at the time) she was gluing multiple of my natural eyelashes to the lash extensions causing me to tear up. I have been to over 5 lash techs, however I decided to try one in my neighborhood instead of traveling so far. If you are a lash regular you know that isolation is KEY. You isolate every single natural lash and glue the extension to ONE natural lash. Two weeks into having the lashes on the usual occurred, they started to fall out. I began to notice there were up to SIX of my natural lashes glued to ONE lash fan, which is horrific and FEELS horrific when you blink. Since then they have all fallen out naturally and as of today indeed look like I have alopecia on my eyelids. I also developed a STYE which I have never had in my 23 years of life. I also want to note that I politely messaged the lash tech to inform her of her lack of proper technique and she was very nasty about it despite my efforts of respectful constructive criticism. In addition to that she lacks sanitation, constantly on the phone while doing my lashes and did not have a lash brush to give me after my service. The lash brush she used on me during my service she then used on my sister (also had the same experience with her natural lashes being GLUED TOGETHER) who was serviced right after me, which didn’t bother me too much because we’re blood... but imagine the same brush being used on the rest of her clients for the day. Please just save your time. My natural lashes were thick and full prior to me coming here even with me getting lash sets every month. I hope she betters her craft in the future so that whoever is reading this can have a better...
