I was getting My nails done here for about 2 years, from when Rocky first opened! Initially he was welcoming & friendly. He was the one to do My nails first but then I noticed he does a rush job and he isnât consistent. Your nails will not be the same as the first time! I was then referred to go to Nancy, she does the best nails here in My opinion. However, I must say there can be a wait for her sometimes up to 2 hours. Letâs just say sheâs very popular. I would say that the prices are reasonable but the service has gone completely down! For some reason theyâve changed greeting all their customers who walk in. Iâve seen customers standing there for several minutes before even being acknowledged. Thereâs a new nail tech [a male] who is extremely rude, he gets loud with customers if they critique their own nails. He will get loud if you donât tip him. As if he deserves one, Iâve seen the work he does on customers nail & letâs just say I wouldnât tip him he either. Theyâre lucky the service was even paid for. Rocky is all about money & thatâs fine but if your going to be that way at least have some respect & decency for your customers, especially since heâs located in a BLACK COMMUNITY & MAJOR OF HIS CUSTOMERS ARE BLACK WOMEN! LOSE THE RUDENESS & THE ATTITUDE ROCKY! Learn how to deal with people of all ethnicities especially the ones who you make money off of! Iâm no longer coming here. Thanks Nancy, youâve...

Went into the salon the second time and unfortunately will not go back because of the end product (the images of what I wanted versus what I received will be attached below).
The nail technicians are sweet and will provide great service hence the 3 stars. However what threw me off was the end product of my nails. I wanted a red ombrĂ© look, and upon checking the reviews I see that theyâve done it before but I guess itâs my misfortune that my nails came out to look like a work in progress (seriously, a child would probably do better). To top it all off, my nail set itself cost me $58. With a pedicure and tips, I spent almost $100. Dissatisfied and will probably get my nails redone elsewhere.
I guess this place is great for just pedicures and one color sets. OmbrĂ© nails may just be a tad bit too much for them. Or maybe itâs just that technician himself. Not sure what happened when doing my nails but I walked out spending hard earned money and not happy. Note to self: donât be lazy and go to certified nail artists to spend your cash. Oh yea, donât forget the cash because they do not accept card.

Read moreI'm not from the area and needed a pedicure. It's been 4 days now and it's still holding up. Location is on a busy road but easy to get to using Uber. I didn't really speak to the staff as English wasn't their first language however, there was a woman and a man who seemed to be able to communicate better amongst their customers especially their regulars. Not a big deal. It didn't feel like they were talking bad about their customers, sometimes you get that vibe. I paid for gel and the $38 pedi. It gets crowded pretty fast after 230p luckily I was already there. There were a lot of gnats which was annoying but not...
