Finally finished…the kitchen I dreamed of is finished and I don’t think I would be able to do it without Ula and her team at NY Kitchen and Bath. My kitchen was a new construction addition to existing house, exciting but at the same time scary, brand new so many possibilities and also I had no idea what I was in for. I have been looking around and getting quotes from multiple places for a custom kitchen, some of them were outrageous some of them poor quality and some sales people were just making me more nervous then I already was. I was slowly giving up on the kitchen of my dreams until I stoped by Ula just like that on my way home. I walked in was greeted by a friendly face ready to help, I explained what I needed and quickly she got to work, she was very detail oriented and educated me on what different styles and material they offer also the pros and cons of each, she walked around the showroom with me back and forth until I found something that was in my budget and I loved. The next time I saw her the design was ready and I loved it, even the things I wasn’t thinking about that I needed she thought about; light rails or moldings that was something I thought was already there. We made few changes and adjustments, she took her time with me to make sure it’s really what I wanted, she didn’t rush we were going back and forth from one design to another and finally we placed my order for the cabinets. Now it was just wait time but anxiously I couldn’t just wait, Ula would pickup my million phone calls about the cabinets and other things I was thinking of putting in the kitchen, she went far beyond to help me with all that I was looking for to get the final result I expected. During the construction of the addition to the house even other members of the team got involved and went on the site to measure everything still in the raw stages to make sure everything will fit like a glove…that made me feel at ease and definitely like a valued customer. Since I had no other background in construction or anything of the sort they really did put some time in to this project. I am very pleased with my new kitchen and I’m glad that I had Ula in my corner, you can really see she loves her job, she was never bothered no matter how many times I called or how many questions I had she answered them all…she was always polite and professional and so was everyone that was on her...
Read moreWe used NYC Kitchen and Bath to renovate the kitchen, master bath and guest bath, which was had not been updated since the early 80’s and we couldnt be happier with the results! From the initial design by Aleksandra and Ula, the project planning with Darek and the actual work by Matt and his crew; the entire process exceeded our expectations and was completed as scheduled/on budget. The crew at NYC K&B walked us through the process, used computer aided design to help us visualize the planned outcome, stepped us through the purchasing of fixtures/materials and kept us in the loop with any changes/hiccups along the way. They removed the wall separating the kitchen and dining room leaving us with an open concept kitchen that maximizes counter/cabinet space as well as making entertainment easier. The master bath and guest bath now have the spa like feel we wanted and they refinished the wood floors keeping the aesthetic we wanted. As with any project of this size, things will always come up that were unplanned. NYC K&B did an awesome job of communicating the issue, providing options and staying on track for project completion. After install, some minor issues remained, but they were very responsive and would always come back in a timely manner to address those issues to our satisfaction. I would definitely use them again and would wholeheartedly recommend them to anyone looking for home remodeling projects that are executed well through all phases, including follow up should there be any issues. Thanks...
Read morePlanning for a kitchen renovation is challenging, and very taxing on your time and peace of mind. After checking out many home improvement stores, my girlfriend and I happened to pass by NYC Kitchen and Bath. After reading their reviews we decided to pay the store a visit. The showroom is fairly large with many modern kitchen designs on display. The store manager, Ula, showed us around and we were immediately impressed with her knowledge of materials and design concepts. She worked up a basic design and gave us a competitive price on the cabinets we chose. We put down a small deposit to have their guy measure our apartment’s kitchen area. After just a few days, Ula designed and brought our kitchen vision to life on a big screen TV. We made a few tweaks along the way and Ula was very patient with us and our thousand questions. Ultimately, we chose kitchen cabinets, countertop and matching backsplash, and porcelain floor tiles. There were a few hiccups along the way with the cabinet manufacturer and tiles but Ula worked with them to quickly resolve the issues. We absolutely love our new kitchen. Thank you, Ula and your team, for making our kitchen vision...
