I came here for a second time to eat out with my friend, and I am disappointed to say that, despite the food itself being alright, the overall service and atmosphere were nowhere near a safe or formal environment. Upon entering, I specifically ordered two duets. The cashier got the second order right, but they counted the first order as 2 separate items, so I had to pay extra, which was over $22 when it was supposed to be under $20. Secondly, one of my orders was accompanied by half a bread for dipping; I did not receive that bread, nor did I receive it the last time. I had to physically get up and ask for it. If bread is essentially a complimentary item with the majority of the listed items on a menu, it should not be something the staff forgets to include. Though that has seemed to be the case, given my two visits. Additionally, my order was for takeout, yet I did not get any eating utensils to go with my order, like I did on my first visit. The staff seems to have some trouble staying consistent with what they should give out. When I asked for my utensils, the staff handling the bagging spoke in a rude tone and looked annoyed at me, making the atmosphere negative. Speaking of services, the tables I've seen when trying to get a seat with my companion were all dirty---we had to sit at the least dirty table. The overall atmosphere was not good due to the staff at the cash register and the one handling the bagging. To sum up my points, the food was alright, the staff charged extra for an order that was supposed to cost $8, the staff forgot to include complimentary bread and utensils, the staff were rude when asked to give something, and the seating areas were unclean. In conclusion, despite the food being alright, the overall process of getting it was not a great experience. I would not recommend Panera unless you like to constantly get up and...
Read moreWanted to grab lunch after stopping at TJ's. The choose 2 option seemed like a good idea, but I wanted a dairy free soup. The girl at the register tells me I could get the tortilla bowl but fails to tell me until the very end that I'd have to pay full price for it, despite of me having mentioned i was unaware this soup was an option when she had suggested it.
Then i asked her what kind of Turkey came on the sandwich, and she said grilled turkey breast. When i get the sandwich, i get this very sad looking sandwich. Soggy everything, really cold bread, even colder Turkey...very gross. I told them to please toast it and when i got it back, only 1 side had been toasted and still a sloppy mess. Also, the bread tasted nothing like sour dough.
The soup wasn't good at all either, tasted of MSG or heavy powdered condiments, the lime kind you put in ramem noodles in college, it was also loaded with rice and what looked like doritos/fritos chips, barely any veggies.
The worst is that the Kitchen supervisor was working the line at the moment. Im astonished at what he allows to go out of his kitchen. A cook working a fast-food stand would take more pride.
I paid $14 and change for this meal. I'm so dissatisfied and regret coming here big time. Should have waited...
Read moreThe portions are ridiculously small for the price. The pizza was the worst pizza that I ever had. Like ketchup poured over a piece of pita bread. Why am I so pissed? Because I've been going there for quite a while, and still purchasing under proportioned food for the price anyway. But tonight, and past few nights that I've been there, they're playing around with the internet, blocking me from getting work done. How do I know this, because I'm an IT guy. Seems like they don't like people with laptops there. The entire restaurant was empty, and still they continued to play around with me, causing me to pack up my stuff and leave. So tonight, this location lost a customer permanently. The prices, and small portions I can deal with. . But playing around with me when I'm trying to get work done is another. And this is why there was Nobody in the restaurant. The Internet sucks. And they are playing around with it spitefully all the time. They'll never see my face at that...
