Excellent butcher and specialty store. Not enough room in Google for the review. Fine selection of specialty meats and chops. The beef is Prime from Allen Brothers. It is excellent. Cheese selection is fantastic. Seafood is fresh daily. Full deli serving sandwiches and cold cuts both store made and Boar’s Head. Impressive daily dishes-items in the case. Gluten Free Thursdays where they prepare a number of dishes with Gluten Free ingredients. They have all the Raviolis and fresh made pastas. There is a whole Italian pantry that you could get lost in. They make the fresh mozzarella daily and by the way, good luck not eating the whole thing. Catering is remarkable, reasonable, and ridiculously delicious. I think what’s most impressive is the staff and the family that owns this Pastosa. You will see Vin Senior in most days. And the boys who are now all grown up, Michael and Vin Jr. are in almost every day to greet you hello. Orlando and Sean will get/cut you anything you ever could imagine when it comes to meat. Very nice grocery store. The prepared foods are excellent, and the staff is friendly and inviting. I got the walnut cranberry chicken salad sandwich and it was beyond amazing, the red onions are soo fresh, the chicken salad was light, fresh and made with quality ingredients. Parking is located on the side of the building. 100% is a great place to get speciality Italian items and prepared Italian foods. They cater and I can imagine it would be a tasty for all occasions! I came in from Upstate NY on Thursday and was excited to get some great Italian specialities but that wasn’t the case . The mozzarellas I purchased was terrible the worst I ever had , I also purchased a pound of olives some were smashed & mushy , the cheese and parsley sausage tasted sour , the rice balls were so disappointing I don’t have words .
