Physique BK — Local services in New York

I was incredibly grateful that Physique 57 opened up in Brooklyn near my neighborhood as I would normally have to go to Manhattan to attend these great classes. I had been taking several sessions here and love the amazing instructors there. I had also recommended them to my family and friends. However, today, I had booked a session through classpass and upon arrived, Lauren from the front desk refused to let me in. I was quite disappointed as I would have thought if you allowed booking through class pass, you should honored their credits. What is most shocking was that they attended my class and did not return the credits to me. I am reaching out to their boss, corporate, and class pass to find a resolution. Hope this reach someone that cares about their brand. Thank you!

Update: When people paid for credits to use ClassPass in your studio, not only did you try your best to steal their credits, but also waste their time attending to the class on time. I do not understand why you would belittle and disrespect your loyal clients as we were not first attendances and you know me by names. I wish you the best of luck running a business with highly arrogant...

Super thankful that Physique57 is in Brooklyn! Previously, I'd go to the locations in the city but this location has made it super convenient for me to get my workout in whenever I have the time to do so. The studio is in the lower level of the building and the overall space is not as big as the city locations but it works. It is clean, well-kept and the staff are all very nice. I have been coming here since June and all the instructors are great- they really do try to get to know you and at the minimum know most, if not all of the people attending class. Great class! Intensive while not overwhelming . Good balance of repetitions and stretching. Very friendly and welcoming instructors who cheer you up and make sure you are in the right position. The studio is very clean and has all necessary accommodations ( towels, shower, hairdryer, ). Everything is super clean. Great music. Be prepared to work hard but it’s super rewarding. I could already feel the difference in how I feel and (hopefully) look after 4-5 classes. Class of such a quality is a rare find in Brooklyn (from my experience). Thank you...
