Last Saturday I visited this furniture store and was absolutely delighted! I came for a sofa and a bedroom, and, frankly, I didn’t expect to find such a large selection here. The quality of the furniture is simply top-notch - this is the best I have seen during my entire search. And I would like to separately note the friendliness and professionalism of the sellers. They greeted me with a smile, helped me with my choice, took into account all my wishes and gave really valuable advice. The service was perfect, and at the same time the final price for the entire set of furniture was a pleasant surprise. I bought a dining table and chairs set from these guys. They were very helpful and didn’t try to pitch me. I found the same set on line. The man helping me asked me politely what that price was. I honestly told him and he still beat it by $180 Plus included delivery and installation. So the total savings were about $300. The reason why my rating for them is a 5 though, is because of what they did afterwards. One of the chairs came in damaged from the manufacturer (not their fault). They ordered me a new one which also came damaged and then replaced that one. Overall, I was treated great. Sale, to delivery and installation, to customer service was terrific. I waited months for a leather Natuzzi couch to arrive (I had to drive to the store to get a straight answer regarding when the couch will finally be ready) and when it was delivered and set up, the edge of the couch was creased. I was told this crease would go away due to the memory foam, however it remains. In addition, the store gave me an incredibly hard time sending my building's management company paperwork that is needed for delivery to be permitted.

Previously, my mother purchased kitchen chairs from this store; the material on them ripped almost immediately and had to get repaired. I am incredibly disappointed and do not recommend this furniture store. I should have just...
