I usually don’t leave negative reviews, but I feel the need to share my experience. I recently visited this salon for a manicure, and unfortunately, it was quite painful. During the nail filing process, the technician was very rough and ended up filing down to the skin on multiple fingers. It was extremely uncomfortable, and I left the salon with sore, red spots that were sensitive for days.

I politely mentioned the pain during the session, but nothing was adjusted. While the salon was clean and the staff friendly, I believe more attention should be paid to technique and client comfort. A manicure should feel relaxing—not like a punishment.

I had a bad experience during my first visit for SNS nails. The technician seemed rushed, running back and forth in the store. She accidentally got some liquid glow coat on my skin because of the hurry, causing discomfort. Moreover, the filing of my nails with the electric tools wasn't done properly, leaving them looking uneven and it looks like i glowed buttons on them. I have never ever left a review, but this time I had too!! I usually don’t go to nail salons because of the rushing and mean atmosphere, but Lili and Andi were amazing! Took care of my nails and I with such gentleness and patience. Lili made sure I had everything I needed and was so patient with me and the colors I wanted and gave me great advice on what colors people normally get, and andi was so precise with his application and filing.
