Fuji Hana, or "Fuji" is probably the number one kosher Asian restaurant in the area, and typically frequented by the Jewish community nearby.
It's almost a sure thing that the food will be consistently good. While the ambiance can sometimes feel like a high school cafeteria, the service is speedy and the food itself is what keeps everyone coming back.
The menu has something like 100 items, and everyone's got their favorite. However, a few key options stand out to me:

Otherwise, the service was prompt and pleasant. Bottom line, they should be using fresh ingredients, more flavoring and maybe hire some authentic...
