I called for delivery I ordered oatmeal with raisins which they charged me for the raisins but never put it in the oatmeal so I called them and said next time I order from here then you could just not charge me for the raisins cuz I don't want to make the delivery guy come back to my house because it was cold out so the manager said no problem we'll remember I called the next day and he made it like he never remembered talking to me and he didn't want to give me the money off for the raisins but then he said ok so I also ordered an iced coffee and he sends me a hot coffee and when I called to say something he says i made the mistake and he would not send me the iced coffee for free if he sent it I would have to pay for it so I went off on him and said I'm never ordering from you again plus when I looked at the bill he had said he was going to send the raisins for free they actually charged me for the raisins horrible place I'm never going to them again plus this was the second chance I gave them because once before they made me angry because I had called there for delivery I couldn't hear him so I hung up and I was going to call back but before I got a chance to call back the guy calls me back and says that i called there and hung up on him what audacity if I was calling there for a delivery why would I call there and hang up so I told him no I couldn't hear you he said no no you called me and you hung up on me so then when I was trying to reason with him he just said you wanted a delivery I said no I actually don't not after you had an attitude with me so that was twice they did something to me never ever ever again will I ordered from...

I called my order in (2 BLTs on rolls) and asked when it would be ready. I was told by a woman "10 minutes" and arrived there in about 15 minutes. Then I waited on line for 7-10 minutes and was told my order was still being made, so I stepped to the side. After another 10 minutes I asked about my order again. This time the people behind the counter all started talking to each other and a woman walked over to another counter on the side and handed it to the person at the register. Apparently, it was sitting there the whole time!

The BLT was good, the service not so much. No one was rude, they were all polite. However, my order should have been clearly labeled and at the counter by the register not somewhere on the side getting cold. Also, making someone stand on a long line after they called their order in is inefficient from a business perspective and annoying for the customer. Have a separate line for phone orders or simply ask if someone ordered already and just needs to pay. They are always busy because the food is good (which is why I gave them 3 stars), so it would be a shame to loose customers due to time management issues (which is why I didn't give...

i’ve been going to the same place for more than 5 years now, and for the past 5 years the service has been the exact same. Awful. The only reason I even come back is because it’s the only place in the area that actually has decent food. But boy does the service make me think twice about ordering all the time.
