I came in with my daughter, she’s 14 and I asked one day before if I could bring her and they said yes, but no where in that did they say to bring her ID. I come in with the daughter 2 days later and I have her membership ready as well as mine, and then with an attitude they asked to see my daughters ID. Meaning I had to go all the way back home to get it and come back. I ask why didn’t they tell me this when I came last time since it was the same manager and worker as the last time I went. Then she pulled in my daughter and asked her if she spoke English, and told her to tell me that I had to bring an ID and asking me to stop disrespecting her worker when all i did was ask a simple question. Then afterwards I turn to talk with my daughter and since we talk in Spanish, I cursed at the fact that I had to go home and get her ID, which I could’ve done with no problem but then the manager butts in when I was talking to MY daughter and yells “Did he just curse at me?” When no where near was I even talking to her. Then I tell her I didn't curse at her and that I was talking to myself, but she didn’t even let me talk and claimed she was going to cancel my membership, okay, I had no problem with that but when I asked to get my money back, all she said was no and kicked me out, along with my wife and daughter. She can cancel my membership for all I care but for her to kick my family out and claim she wasn’t gonna give me back my money is too far. You guys have to take care of this and hire a better manager or at least educate her more. I want my membership to be reactivated again or if that’s not possible, no problem, but give me my money back, or I’ll have to set on more drastic...

I’ve ALWAYS worn crocs to this gym and it’s never been an issue however today when coming in the workers there tell me I need sneakers in order to work out which I have in my locker which is why I was let in. I then realized my shoes weren’t there so I decided to still work out because I pay good money for my membership and it was light work outs. As I’m using working out tashyna or whatever her name is comes up to me nd tells me I can only do core workouts which are exercise for your stomach. So I went and grabbed another weight to do Russian twists and she asked me to leave. We went back and forth because she told me one thing and then said another. There’s cameras they can check that I always wear my crocs this is a first for me so her behavior was nasty and uncalled for. I got mad and said rude things to my friend in the phone but not directly to them because this is a free country and freedom of speech is allowed specially when it comes to idiotic employees who don’t know how to do their job. Management is AWFUL. Hina, the manager on my first day to this gym pulled me to the side and said “I dont wanna embarrass you but your shorts are too short.”Making me feel overall uncomfortable and discriminated against. Especially with the use of “embarrassment” making me feel like I should cover myself up and be ashamed of my body!?! Basically she had me go back home to change into longer pants because she said my shorts were too short, when I saw three other girls wearing the same length shorts I had worn. Maybe she said this because I was Asian, as that was the main difference between me and the other girls that were allowed to wear “short shorts”. Although I understand my shorts were indeed short they by no means showed anything and is what I’m most comfortable wearing on leg and cardio days as I sweat a lot. Additionally, I’ve been to three other commercial gyms and worn the same shorts. (One of which was a pf at another location) I’ve never once heard any complaints until now.
