Pure Farmers Market — Local services in New York

I ordered 50 pounds of beef today, and after it was cut, I only received 40 pounds. That’s a 10-pound difference — a 20% loss — which is extremely hard to justify. This isn’t the first time this has happened either. The same issue occurred with my previous order, and every time I bring it up, I get the same vague explanation that the weight drops after trimming.

I understand that some loss is expected during the cutting process, especially if fat or bone is removed, but a loss of this size doesn’t add up. It raises serious questions about the accuracy and integrity of the service. Losing this much product, especially on multiple occasions, suggests either a lack of transparency or deliberate shorting — and neither is acceptable.

This is not how you treat customers who are paying for a specific weight and trusting your business to be fair and honest. I expect a clear explanation for where that 10 pounds went and what steps will be taken to make sure this doesn’t continue to happen. This level of discrepancy is unreasonable and needs to be addressed...

The services, decorations, prices and quality of the products are very good but It is ver sad to hear Hindi music in a Halal store. If music is playing anybody have to hear it same way we've to hear if we go in US or Indian supermarket and we don't have any choice. If you don't play the Holy Quran thinking that it'd be not fair when everyone is not listening then play Nasheed or somethingnon-music but logical or don'tplay anythingat all ! The lyrics in a music have haram things which is easily corrupted the Bg effort of thus Halal business and people who never listening to music have to listen by coming in a Halal store?!
