Wish I could give them zero. I bought 10 boxes Biriyani and 5 pieces Roast for my guests just 2 days before Eid - Ul fitar my Eid festival. They nicely packed Biriyani boxes and Roasts. When at home I open all food I found smells . I took out for warm up !! Really shocked !!! ALL BIRIYANI WAS BADLY ROTTEN AND VAD STRONG SMELKS . ALL FOOD WAS BADLY ROTTEN , same as chicken Roasts !! Every food was soggy, chicken roasts color changed for rotten . All 10 pack Biriyani was so so rotten forget about eat could even touch them ! $130 wasted . I was so embarrassed and helpless , I ordered food for my guests! Was big mess . This people should get punished and should proper lesson for selling rotten food . It’s a big Sin. I waited 15 min and the lady behind the food table was talking on her phone ignoring me till I left. Second time I go there, they claim that I didn’t pay for my food. Unlike other Bengali establishments, Boishaki prioritizes cleanliness, customer service, safety, and quality food. The staff is super friendly, you almost feel like they are old friends.
