If you need an urgent print job done and ever think about using someone local (especially if you reside in this area), please just go to Staples or FedEx instead. 😐

I was charged $30 for a 6 page, one-side only 14 lb cardstock print job that needed cutting for name tags. Cutting is not provided, so you have to do it yourself. No other card stock weight is available. The designer is also not knowledgeable or a professional to print your designs with bleed or adjust the printers ink to color match PMS you have in your file. He also treats both your pdf and illustrator files as if it’s photos that you can poorly stretch out. I had advised him multiple times to please stop disproportionally stretching out the files and that I would send him new files that were adjusted properly according to new ratios.

Was there for over an hour. I was annoyed and tired and by the time he told price at the end, I had no energy to start questioning him and the ridiculous price. I paid bc I just wanted to leave ASAP. No fast service and no cuts for my name tags. This should’ve been a $12 job.

Very disappointing experience and do not advise anyone with any integrity in their design and branding use their services. It sucks that this is one of the only couple print shops...

Go to FLATBUSH Copy Center instead!!!! I CALLED Top Design to find out how much it would be to print funeral programs. I explained exactly what I needed (ie: size, color, quantity, type of paper and next day service). The manager asked me to come to the location to go thru everything. I told him that I am not close and just wanted a quote since it was a last minute emergency. They were located in Queens and I was in Canarsie Brooklyn, which is about a 20 minute drive. He still insisted that I needed to come in because he could get the funeral programs done tonight. When I get there and told him exactly what I needed which was exactly the same thing I told him on the phone, he told me it would be $200 for a qty of 30. I told him that was a ridiculous price and no one else quoted that high and the original place I had order from was charging $40 for the exact same thing. I would not recommend this place. They completely wasted my time and showed no remorse or any concern for me as a client. Flatbush Copy center did great work on my Dad's program and for a great price but unfortunately they are not open...
