I just want to say that as a customer, I am VERY unhappy with their service.
I placed my order online on May 14th of 2019. I recieved my order on June 12th of 2019; almost a MONTH later. It did not occur to them to provide tracking or order information to THEIR customer(s). I had to be the one to call on May 24th (10 days later) to inquire about my order. The person on the phone told me they were waiting for shipment from overseas. Which, by the way, I totally understand and have no problem with. My issue is the fact that they did not have the courtesy to let me know what was going on. If I hadn't called, I wouldn't even know what was going on with my order and would have been waiting indefinitely. If they are out of a product, why is that same product still being advertised on their website as available?
They are still spelling my last name incorrectly even after calling to make the correction on my future purchases. This has happened on 3 occasions. It's almost as if I was talking to a wall when I called to rectify it because they will still spell my last name however they want/feel and not what it is actually supposed to be like I had put when placing the order online. I don't think they understand how irritating it is to see your last name spelled incorrectly after making an attempt to rectify it for future purchases.
And then, to top this whole thing off, after waiting for an order I placed almost a MONTH ago (2 days shy of a month), they did not see it fit to compensate me with anything for the time wasted. They just sent my order as is with nothing else included. NO extra product. NO apology note. NOTHING! Just NOTHING!
I will definitely be taking my business elsewhere. You have certainly lost me as a customer. I will make sure to tell family members and everyone I know, not to patronize your business. And I do know ALOT of people. With you guys' lack of customer service, I am pretty sure I'm not the first and I certainly won't be the last customer to no longer patronize...

This is the best African store I have been able to shop online at and actually bring my things without a long period of wait time. Their customer service, preparation and everything about this place is on point. They got all the items on low prices way way better than those other high price African markets around me.
