I get food here pretty frequently for the convenience of it. It’s your typical diner, but I love the residual Mr. Pancho’s Mexican menu and hot food bar as well. However the most disgusting thing happened recently. I got tostadas (a regular go-to for me) and as I’m chewing I feel a really strange texture. There was PLASTIC WRAP all mixed in my meat!!!!!! No telling if this was cooked into the meat, or whether it was te packaging directly from raw meat that got put into my tostada. And it was really gross and nauseating. I didn’t see initially as it was mixed into the meat and covered by the toppings. I understand small mistakes happening but this was REALLY disgusting.

Had the chicken Caesar wrap and the tacos with everything. Didn't like the tacos but I may try a different one. The chicken Caesar was tasty but seems more chicken than salad and maybe a cooked salad (seemed more soft than crunchy). The service was mediocre - I was at the counter waiting and though servers were passing by, no one stopped to address me until a manager or supervisor or owner asked if I'd been helped yet. The server didn't seem interested in serving me (or maybe having a day). Anyways, there's so much still on the menu to try, so I may still return and give it another try.

Delicious food, we had a family breakfast with a variety of options in the menu. I always go for the classic breakfast eggs and home fries with toast. My fam got the filet fish sandwhich so nice and crispy and you can’t go wrong with a lamb wrap with crispy fries, we got onion rings. Lots of tablets and now has a buffet style lunch station with even more fresh options. Def a must have if you’re around the area or ordering to pick up.

Live in the area for about 4 years now. This place is decent at best, never really bothered to eat in here, always ordered. Ordering from here is a real hassle, they usually come excessively late. Last time I ordered from here, it never showed up. When I called to ask about my order after a hour of waiting, the lady on the phone was extremely rude and unprofessional and I was informed it was just leaving the door. When I voiced my frustrations with her, I was hung up on. I had to call back and curse this woman out. When my wife heard me, she called them back from her number to ask to speak to a manager and the person grilled my wife with a barrage of questions until a manager was put on. The manager ended up apologizing about the employee who picks up the phone. They offered meals for free but I refused, seeing as I was pressed for time. Hence why I even bothered ordering from them in the first place that day. So I wouldn't recommend this place at all, the food honestly isn't all that good to go through the hassle...

Updates: too expensive now. Pancake deluxe was $11.75...now it's $18+. I eat other places now.

It's a good reason why, when you call in the morning to order food....you can't get your order in bc both lines are busy.😍

BEST BREAKFAST IN THE NEIGHBORHOOD! ALSO Super important: THE COOKS PREPARE FOODS WITH MINIMAL OIL.(without having to request it)♥️♥️♥️♥️♥️. I ordered from here almost every week. The Pancakes/French toast Deluxe is my FAV on the menu. It's enough to feed two people. The Signature omelets are REALLY good too! My favorite is the Farmer's Omelette. Made with love and care...never burnt or oily. Staff is super friendly and aims to please. Lunch service is also really really good too. I ordered a milkshake one time and it was not good, it was via delivery, that's the only reason why I didn't deduct a star. Everything else here is very very good...and I haven't even tried the Mexican or dinner selections, but cant wait! Someone's m Mami or Abula DEF needs to be smacked in that kitchen.......

I am a regular here because I work in the neighborhood. Usually my experience here is good especially when the more seasoned/older staff takes care of me. Unfortunately, today my experience wasn't good at all. I've noticed that the younger staff doesn't seem to care much about the customer's experience. I was served tea and had to get up to get my own sugar from another table. When I decided to take my food to go, there were no utensils in my bag. My coworker's coffee was cold and she also complained about her sandwich (she is also a regular here).

Today may have been just an "off" day, we all have them. But I have noticed that the older staff usually takes more pride in their work as opposed to the younger crew. However, today was one of the worst days...maybe laziness or just plain not caring. But I think it is important for any business to treat their customers/clients the way they would want to be treated. This is what sets your business apart...
