Went in for a custom cake thinking this place would be perfect since I saw such beautiful pictures in the reviews and so many people seemed happy. First thing that didn’t leave the best feeling: I had asked for gold lettering. The lady at the register, told me the picture was more of a yellow rather than gold and that’s how she put in the order when that’s not what I asked. I put a deposit for this cake. I returned the next day to fix it and it would’ve cost me extra so I couldn’t. I had to let it be and trust it would be ok. I returned the day of pick up to, obviously, pick up the cake. I cannot express my disappointment when I saw it. Even the girl at the register (different lady, not the lady that took my cake order) looked at the cake after seeing the picture and knew it was nothing like what I asked. Not even remotely close. The cake was supposed to have a frosting swirl (whatever you want to call it) and then an Oreo, frosting swirl, strawberry, frosting swirl, Oreo, etc., around the whole cake. It was supposed to have chocolate drip on ONLY the sides of the cake. they show me the cake. Chocolate all over the top and the sides instead of just the sides. There was only 6 little swirls of frosting going around and then they slapped three strawberries and three Oreos on top of those frosting swirls. Not in the middle so there were awkward gaps in between each. Then, the lettering didn’t fit properly. THEN. whatever glaze or coating, whatever, that they dip the strawberries in or cover them in, dripped off the strawberries almost completely and ruined a lot of the lettering. It was an extreme disappointment to see I paid for a cake that looked nothing AT ALL like what I asked and it fell apart. I had no time whatsoever to say something or have it fixed elsewhere. There was no fixing it anyway. I’m just lucky that it tasted good. That was the only up part of it other than the birthday person liking it still. But it was a horrible experience from the start. They’re pre made cakes are fine and all but I wouldn’t get a custom cake here again, taste good or not. Rather go somewhere that will make a cake that tastes...

I LOVE the presentation of all their desserts 🔥 I have visited four times now to get some desserts, three times to give away to some clients and finally last time for a family gathering - every single dessert has looked AMAZING - its the perfect giveaway - it makes me very sad to not have taken pictures of my first couple of orders (which were BEAUTIFUL) but I will definitely keep taking more pictures during my next visits 👏

I feel like this is one of the few places in the city where they really understand how to manage a business: the place is always incredibly neat, organized and clean - presentation of absolutely everything they sell is ON POINT 🔥 its a work of art 👌🏼 their staff is very friendly, polite and efficient and always make you feel welcome 💖 their prices are very reasonable and most important, their products are GOOD QUALITY.

So far we have tried their:

Mozarella & their Ham & Cheese brioche buns and they were pretty good 👌🏼 perfect to have for breakfast with maybe hot chocolate or coffee

Strawberry & Chocolate Cheesecake: one of our favorite cheesecakes so far 💖

Tiramisu: 10/10 👌🏼

Mini Tripple Chocolate: very very good!

Berries tart: very good, loved how all elements tasted together 👍🏻

Lemon pie: not really a fan of this one because of the flavor of the filling and the texture of the tart and the topping... but the presentation was 🔥

I once got a large size strawberry cheese cake to give away and it was STUNNING - I thought it was already beautiful when I chose it from the front fridge... but then they TOOK IT BACK TO THE KITCHEN and actually finished working on it 😂 they added FRESH strawberries on top and even a center piece... it was just lovely and definitely worth what you're paying for!

I once asked for assorted mini desserts and macaroons to give away to a client and even the way they pack your order is 🔥 perfect for give aways

I am happy to have found them and dont really see why I wouldnt keep going back :) I dont think you can really find a reason to not give...

I placed an order for this place 2 weeks before I needed my cakes. Granted it was mothers day so I placed my order 2 weeks early. Friday before I needed the cakes I was told they weren't sure if they could do my cakes and I was not told a price until the very last minutes

It worked out where I was able to get my cakes. Fine. I originally asked for 12pm but was told I couldn't receive them until 1:30. OKAY. The day of the initial picking up of said cakes. I was called at 1:30 on the dot and told to come in at 2 pm. I got there at 1:50 and did not leave the establishment until after 3. I was constantly told 3 more minutes or 10 more minutes. My poor Niece and Nephew were late to their own birthday party, hence causing me to miss out on the time I paid for at a venue.

I asked for a manager while I was there and I was told they did not have one and the next person i could speak to was busy.

I called the next day (Today) asking for some sort of compensation such as 20% or so, because I was upset about the way I was treated. The girl on the phone proceeded to giggle and tell me "I should be lucky the baker did my cake in the first place and if I want some sort of compensation or refund i should bring the cakes back."

I have never worked with a more unprofessional or rude group of people. This place was recommended by a close friend of mine, however, it seems that due to prejudice, I was treated differently than she was.

I honestly could have looked past all of this but the cakes being dry was my last straw.

10/10 would...
