MONDAY NIGHT 5/22. The bartender explained that she was infact a new bartender there.. she was sweat and had a lot of patience for all the questions I asked her. But it seemed like she recieved little to no help and assistance from whom I suppose was the manager on duty also a lady with short hair...she seemed not to give a dam about her employee or me for that matter. I asked her a question, and she literally ignored me. I'm not saying I'm surprised, but the hospitality in the bronx is so terrible 😫. It seems to be an issue because I didn't like the candy tasting Rumpunch me and my lady ordered it because it was still on the bill. The manager couldn't even comp it off the check for the new bartender or didn't even taste it to make sure it was right. But politely, she asked me to just pay for everything but the Rum punch. I will start by saying that the drinks are really strong and reasonably priced. Depending on the time of day or day of the week I guess, you can also order food. The first time I went was in July (around 6pm) and was able to order food. The hot wings were good and the mac n cheese was decent, kind of watery but the taste was ok. They also have a jerk salmon that is super amazing. I went back a few weeks ago on a Friday night around 9pm and the kitchen wasn't serving food.
