DO NOT GO HERE FOR BRAZILIAN BLOWOUTS!!!! I went about 2 weeks ago and within the day after the treatment before the wash it already began to get to extremely frizzy. It truly looked like I got nothing done at all. I paid close to $400 for absolutely no results at all. I notified the salon right away and we were playing phone tag back and forth because the stylist was barely available. I notified that I have gotten multiple Brazilian blowouts in the past and I’ve had frizz free hair for months, I should not have frizzy hair the day after the treatment. The stylist stated that she maybe didn’t have the flat iron high enough… again I’ve never had this issue at any salon ever before and I’ve gotten these treatments from multiple places. My guess is that she didn’t use nearly enough product as she should have. The treatment smells strong usually makes my eyes water . While she was putting the treatment on I didn’t smell anything or feel anything AT ALL. My hair didn’t even feel wet from the treatment as it usually does. I didn’t say anything because I thought maybe it was a different mixture or bottle perhaps, but I wrongfully trusted her. While on the phone the stylist suggested I come back for her re do the treatment (she did opt to do it for free) even though it’s recommended to get these treatments AT LEAST 3 months apart and I only do them twice a year. The stylist stated on the phone that if I redid the treatment again with her it would last longer. This concerned me and didn’t sound right to me. I almost felt as if she was scamming me as within the first time she knew she didn’t use enough product but this was her opportunity to use the correct amount. So over the past week I have gotten opinions from many other stylist and individuals within the hair industry and they stated that if I went back for her to redo the treatment just days apart from the first one my hair would have burnt off. This is a very intense chemical treatment, therefor this shouldn’t have been an option. While on the phone with the stylist she asked what I wanted as a remedy to rectify this situation, she mentioned if I wanted a refund to which I said I feel a refund or even partial refund would be appropriate as I did not feel comfortable redoing the treatment just DAYS after my first one. She then said she would have to call me back to see if she can grant the refund even though she had initially brought it up. The following day I got a call back to say that they actually can’t grant me a refund but they can put a free Brazilian blowout in my file for the future. I’m extremely displeased and disappointed as I do not trust the salon to do another blowout as the first one had absolutely no results and I will not be returning. I have never left a review on anything ever before but I have never had an experience like this. The end result is that I completely wasted almost $400, have 0 results, and can’t get another treatment...

Maybe I had a one off bad experience, but really can’t understand why this place is rated so highly. I had a gut feeling I was going to hate my hair after driving through what looked like a post-apocalyptic war zone to get there, and the cheap and outdated aesthetic I was greeted by upon arrival. I wouldn’t be surprised if it was my stylists first day on the job as she barely made conversation with me the entire time, then proceeded to dye my hair blond (not even a nice looking one and took it up to a noticeable line below my root making it look grown out) after I showed her a picture of the subtle brunette highlights I wanted. Oh, and she cut my hair completely unevenly. I should have said something but I was so upset and just wanted to leave and go home as quickly as I could when all was said and done. I’ll be spending the rest of my weekend finding someone who can fix the tragedy that my hair...

My wife needed a last-minute haircut for a party the next day, and her usual stylist was fully booked. We walked into this salon without an appointment, and the staff could not have been more friendly and accommodating.

Nikki gave her an absolutely stunning haircut—she looked amazing, and we both wished we had discovered this place sooner! To top it off, Brian even did her nails on the spot to make sure she was all set for the party. Every single staff member was so kind and welcoming—it truly felt like they went above and beyond.
