Rossville Pizza — Restaurant in New York

I have been ordering from Rossville Pizza for years(15+), at least once a week and normally I would give 4+starts BUT last night......I was VERY disappointed! Their Chicken Alfredo pan pie is extraordinary at ALL times - not LAST NIGHT! Normally, the pie is soaked in Alfredo sauce from crust to tip, and Spinach covers the entire pie. So creamy and amazing but last night, the spinach was shredded and empty, alfredo sauce only on the center of the pie and chicken was not proportioned at all! Also, asked girl if a pepperoni + sausage pan pie could be made - she said, "NO". Instead got pep and sausage pie, meanwhile - I just looked at the menu and there is a Special Pan pizza - which has sausage and pepperoni - why cant that be made without mushrooms, meatballs and onions????? To top it all off, - IT WAS COLD! Waited at least 45 minutes, when was told 30min BUT then had to heat it in the oven for another 10-15min! I forgot to mention the chicken alfredo pan was still raw - dough still slightly translucent! For $62 dollars, $4 tip included - which I have no issues spending! I remember having a moderately positive view of Rossville Pizza last time I ordered from it. To make sure that hasn't changed, I ordered from there again.

I found the most disproportionately amazing thing Rossville Pizza had was their pepperoni roll. Even if the dough was airy and rather empty, the pepperoni itself was perfection. The buffalo rolls were good too. They were also airy and kind of empty and also had a sauce element that felt like molten lava but the fundamental taste the food had was great. I was very impressed with how clean the mozzarella sticks were and how they came with lettuce. As you can imagine, I'm a fan of the mozzarella sticks here. The buffalo slice was crunchy but thick and didn't have much buffalo chicken on it. The pepperoni slice was the weakest offering being a generic slightly burnt and crunchy slice with pepperoni that had a slightly stronger taste than usual. I would rate it as a slightly below average pepperoni slice.

Ultimately, Rossville Pizza is a pretty good pizzeria that I could recommend to anyone for the most part. Here's a picture of what I exactly got when I ordered from...

I used to order this chicken soup every day from this place it was so good, it always got me as wet as the soup itself, my son Petar and I used to eat this soup together and get nice and wet together, I am retired from making movies so I have nothing better to do but order this soup and now they said they don’t have it. Every time I call to try to order this soup they tell me that it’s not in stock, How is it not in stock everybody has chicken noodle soup. Where is my chicken noodle soup. I need to get nice and wet enjoy my soup together with my son and now he is getting depressed because you are you saying you don’t have any more of the delicious soup, I used to get wet with excitement when the cute delivery boy would bring me the soup and it was so nice but now you are making my son depressed and you are depriving me of my wetness and I will change my review from 1 star to 5 stars when you bring me my soup the next...
