Most unprofessional business I have ever had the pleasure of interacting with. Set up 3 appointments for them to come get an estimate took time off work all 3 times and they never showered up and the office was no help. Anna the “partner” and person who took my calls was extremely rude and didn’t care that they were wasting my time. The last phone interaction I had with her she said “we will call you back when we figure it out”. She said the owner who was sitting next to her instructed her to tell me this.

This had nothing to do with the app it had to do with poor scheduling and poor customer service. This business didn’t have time to contact me about my appointment or make things right with what they did, however they had time to reply to this review and text me to sarcastically thank me for the poor...

I am a contractor who does about 20-30 bathrooms a year, whenever i have a cuatomer that wants a custom or just a really nice shower door i refer to Shower enclosures without hesitation. I normally do not like to refer other people to jobs especially when it has my name and reputation on it, but with Jorge and his family on it i have no worries. I haven't had one complaint from nlany of my customers anout their work. They ahow up when they say they're gonna ahow, their pri es are reasonable and the craftmanship is outstanding.
