Fabian is an artist. He's backed up with orders but it's worth the wait!

I used to manufacture handmade jewelry that would be a custom order at Cartier that you could not get from the counter. The engagement rings I made required two months to deliver.

I want the same kind of unique iron work made by an artist for my house and I want to be able to appreciate the artistic beauty every time I look at my house.

Fabian made a gorgeous wrought iron fence for me 9 years ago that looks as good as today as it did when installed because it was zinc plated. The fence has hand rubbed copper paint for highlights. The paint looks like new and there's no rust.

There are only a few houses near me I have seen with a fence this nice and they were all made by Fabian. My favorite is at a mansion in Sands Point.

Fabian made a gorgeous front door with exterior and interior railings for a house on my block that I look at every day, so I had to do that on my house. My neighbor was unhappy that it took a few weeks longer than he thought but the door is gorgeous. Across the street is a house with a wrought iron door made in China. every time I walk down the block, I can see the obvious difference between the Chinese door and Fabian's door from 600 feet away.

I just ordered railings from Fabian for my front steps and interior railings for the staircase and balcony, a front door with 10ft double doors with glass above approx. 16ft total height, kitchen chandelier, and a mailbox.

The exterior railing was just installed. It’s a work of art and was well worth the wait. I posted photos here. Fabian is working on the interior railings now. I will post photos when they are installed.

This is my first review because I don't usually document my satisfaction but because good help is hard to find, I wanted to spread the word. I needed some ornamental metal work done on my house recently and I called The Forger because years ago he did the gates in my back yard and they haven't worn or broke in anyway to this day. When they give you a timeline from order to installation, even if it's special order, when they say 5 weeks, that is exactly when you get it! I highly recommend...

Work was promised in four weeks; four months later it was delivered. A voicemail box that's full so you can't leave a message. Evasive answers when you manage to get someone to answer the phone. Two months into the project we asked to end the contract and give back our deposit and Fabian refused saying we would have it in two weeks. It was finally installed six weeks later.
