When we first arrived, the experience seemed promising, but unfortunately, it didn’t live up to our expectations. I believe the price is a bit steep—$50 for only an hour in the room. During our session, someone came in to upsell drinks, which took about 10 minutes of our time as we tried to decline. This interruption was frustrating and cut into the already limited time we paid for.
There was also a noticeable language barrier, as most of the staff don’t speak fluent English, which is understandable, but it felt like they were a bit dismissive or even xenophobic toward anyone who wasn’t Asian.
On top of that, tipping was enforced, which I found surprising since I’ve never encountered a place where tipping was mandatory. Despite not feeling the service was worth it, we were told we couldn’t leave unless we tipped, so we did reluctantly.
Overall, the experience was disappointing for me and my friends. I wouldn’t recommend this place, and I won’t...
Read moreGreat prices, lots of room and quick service. My new favorite karaoke spot! the fresh watermelon juice and fries are good to share :) I recommend also getting a member's card, menu prices will be cheaper with that. They have a promotion going on where you spend $88 for a member's card and they'll give you 2 $50 coupons! so you'll make that money back. You can only use one coupon at a time, but it's still a good deal. There's also another promotion going on where you pay for 3 hours on weekdays and you can sing from 12-7 (for the price of 3 hours!) I tried it a couple times with different groups and we usually don't last that long. On weekends you'll pay for 4 hours, still pretty good. Sound quality's great, rooms are very spacious, and price is also great. A big room is only $15 an hour, and you can use that money to cover drinks/food too. Parking is also free! just make sure you get a stamp...
Read moreIt’s not too bad but definitely not too good as well. The price definitely went up by A LOT. For a small room, it’s $50/hr and $60/for medium room after 7:00pm. I remembered it was at most $20-25/hr a few years ago. I wasn’t sure if I got scammed but they told me they were out of small rooms even though I didn’t hear any music besides ours. It’s 3 hours minimum and you can use the money spent for the karaoke room on food (definitely overpriced, but tastes ok). The karaoke experience was good but the room had a cigarette smell for the whole duration even though no one was smoking. You can smell a big difference inside and...
