Just came out of the store today at about 5:30 p.m. Took us over 15 minutes standing on line to check out. One of the customers in front of me complained to have another cashier, A Hispanic/Mexican girl comes out and just stands there looking dumbfounded and periodically at the customers standing there over 5 minutes doing nothing The other Hispanic male cashier took care of a customer which took another 10 minutes and then type the password in so the girl can use the cashier. He then dilly dally with that girl holding short conversations in Spanish and just stared at the customers and looked up periodically just to stare at the customers. He was jovial and then walked in and out of that employee associate door behind him. There are a total of two people at the cashiers now, one white girl and now that hispanic female. White female tried her best checking the customers out. While the other two didn't really seem to care the customers were waiting. There were over 10 customers waiting on line at this time. This was my first time here and it was a bad experience. Most likely won't be comung back to the store nor will I recommend this to anyone. Looks like those workers need some training. Feel...

I just have a complaint about the cleanliness of this Homegoods in College Point. I went to use the restroom of the store and was appalled! I went into the smaller stall and the toilet paper was just laying on top of the dispenser with drops of BLOOD on it. It is the laziness of these works for not properly putting the toilet paper in the designated dispenser. In addition, there was NO soap to be used and the automatic soap dispenser was literally covered in splatters of blood!!! Couldn’t even hold the door handle because that too had blood on it!

THIS IS BEYOND DISGUSTING! NOT ONLY IS IT DISGUSTING, BUT IT IS ALSO HAZARDOUS AND NEEDS TO BE FURTHER EVALUATED!!!! It is management’s job to assure regular restroom cleaning and to make sure the ENTIRE store is safe for employee and customer use!!!!

I will be posting the images I have taken because it is beyond unacceptable and must be dealt with! Maintaining store presentation should be reflected ALL THROUGHOUT and not just on the main...

Staff is rude - also lots of broken stuff on the shelves - manager is a guy with long hair , but the woman ( most of them speak with their eyes to each other ) and accuse people of breaking apart sets - also lots of stuff doesn’t have tags or they are straight up full price . Shop vigilant at this store .

Like that family guy episode where Peter Griffin holds up the pigment chart - keep that in mind lol . All them old white ladies just looking for a reason to Karen out .

But still you can find a deal . Just look hard and avoid staff - also if u see something that is priced but doesn’t have on product bring the price tag u seen it...
