I've lived the neighborhood for over 3 years and used this laundry the entire time. I have never complained about the old machines that sometimes do not dry properly but today the 1st time I said something about my cloths not drying properly and I was told it was my fault. I’ve been using their pick-up and delivery service for my laundry for the last month now and it has been a godsend. As someone living on the 5th floor of a walk-up with the laundry room in a scary mouse infested basement, I have a hard time bringing myself to do my own laundry.
