The Good: Our Waiter. Friday night we were a party of over 10 booked outside but our outside accommodation was not set up and so due to the weather most of us dined inside. From the moment we stepped in our waiter was extremely helpful and accommodating with whatever request we made. He was amazing.
Also Good: Security at the door. Unfortunately I did not get his name but he was understanding about the weather and wasn't a jerk about some of us opting to stay inside even after outside was set up. I honestly thought he was the manager as he was the only one I could ask a question to without being pushed aside or eyes rolled.
The Horrible: Unfortunately "Management" was the worst thing about this experience. And the reason I will never go back. Manager JUAN and who I call Baby Manager. Him of the extreme eye rolling and pushing aside.. As I mentioned we had booked outside accommodations (2 weeks prior) however it was not set up upon arrival so many waited inside and stayed because it was 30 degrees outside. Security as I said was understanding for the most part. 2 of my friends opted to sit outside and I sat with them. They were rewarded for their sacrifice by having the heater taken away from them because "there are only 2 of them and we have more people on the other side" Thats a quote. Mind you the other side already had a heater! Understandably my friends opted to not order an entree and to leave. When I told the "manager" JUAN (I made sure to get his name) and baby manager -BOY do i wish i could remember his name...they shrugged their shoulders and promised to bring the heater back which never happened. They decided arguing with me about which customers mattered more was smarter than just leaving us the heater. My party spent a lot of money on appetizers and drinks yet i will never go there again due to the abysmal treatment of my friends who sat outside. Yes most people were inside but what about the ones who followed the booking and sat outside? I have never been treated so poorly as a customer. The fact that I waited an hour and ten minutes for APPETIZERS... appetizers. The server brought my party the pitcher we ordered and literally disappeared for over an hour. Unbelievable. We had to flag down a hookah guy to ask for our server. There was absolutely no empathy for the lack of service my party was given. I will never return to this place and I highly recommend anyone looking to have a good time with friends or family with quality service to never dine here. Read moreI do not even know where to begin but here we go first the waitress very rude she acted as if we were there for free second the food was horrible dry and the meat tasted old, fried calamari was not properly fried the bbq chicken wings were cold and tasted as if they were in the freezer for months we also ordered guacamole and chips all the chips came mixed with the guacamole .
