As a first-time bird owner, I had many questions and concerns, and Paul patiently and thoroughly answered every one of them. His expertise and dedication to the well-being of his birds were evident from the start. What truly sets TP Birds apart is their commitment to the happiness and health of their avian companions. These birds are not just pets but cherished members of the TP Birds family. The entire process of bringing my conure home was stress-free and enjoyable. Paul provided regular updates, including photos and videos of the birds in their early stages of life, which allowed me to watch my future companion grow and develop. There was absolutely no pressure to rush the decision-making process, and I appreciated the time they took to ensure the perfect match. When we finally visited TP Birds to meet my conure in person, We were welcomed with warmth and hospitality. Paul and his partner were genuinely kind and made the selection process a memorable experience. They had a good selection of conures, making it challenging to choose just one, but ultimately, the bird we brought home seemed to choose us as much as we chose him. Our conure, whom we named Willow, has quickly become the heart of my home. Willow is not only beautiful but also incredibly active, gentle, and sweet—qualities I attribute to the loving care and hand-feeding provided by TP Birds. Even after we brought Willow home, Paul continued to communicate with us regarding the cage setup, toys, and food for Willow. I can't express enough gratitude to TP Birds and Paul for bringing Willow into our lives. We were desperately bird-searching from among the different pet shops in the NJ area and we couldn’t find a good one. If you're considering adding a feathered companion to your family, I wholeheartedly recommend TP Birds as the best place to start your journey. I got my green cheek conure here, the owners were very knowledgeable and able to meet up with the busy schedules.
