I had the chance to visit Twisted Trails NYC during October 2024 in Staten Island, NY and it was an absolutely thrilling experience! From the moment you step onto the trail, you’re transported into a world of hauntingly beautiful sets and spine-chilling surprises.

The maze was a personal highlight—it was just the right mix of suspense and jump scares.

What I really loved is that they offer something for everyone. For families or those not into heavy scares, there’s a daytime option and actor-free walkthroughs. The photo-op areas were also fantastic, adding a fun, lighter element to the night.

The staff was super friendly, and knowing that part of the proceeds go to charities like St. Jude and the ASPCA made the experience even more rewarding.

If you’re looking for a perfect Halloween outing, Twisted Trails NYC should be at the top of your list. I can’t recommend it enough—it’s spooky, fun, and unforgettable! 🎃

Been here for Fall 2023 and Fall 2024. Definitely the best haunted house on Staten Island! I have some great memories here from the crazy animatronics and scenery. There must have been hundreds and each year it was different. It only seemed to get better. Great actors as well, made the whole attraction even more scary. There were nights without actors to not scare any kids if any of your kids are sensitive to that sort of thing. So happy I got to experience this! I would definitely come back again and I recommend this place to anyone that wants something awesome to do on Staten Island. This place really made me fall in love with Halloween. Twisted Trails is nothing short of amazing! I can’t believe the amount of effort, time, and planning this takes! The owner of twisted trails said he takes months and months to prep his yard for October. He also said he travels near and far for props throughout the year in preparation as well. You can see and feel the passion the owner has for his display- it is evident in the atmosphere, different scenes, actors, music, displays , lighting, props and everything else in between. I have to say , it’s the best on staten island without a doubt , no one compares. It’s a complete walk- through, frightening and fun experience that leaves you coming back for more !...
