Pronto Pizza Pasta — Restaurant in New York

My 2 star review is only in regards to calling in an order for delivery; to be fair the food is great, you just can't order it and have it delivered, you need to pick it up yourself I guess Iveen a customer for a year now. We host family Friday pizza night every friday. In the year ive been a customer 2 things have completely nose dived. The people answering the phones have gotten progressively worse. I've had to call back many times to confirm they got my order because the little chick answering the phone just hangs up after ur done with giving her the credit card. There have also been a few times where they screwed up my order and the little chick argued with me (several times) Second thing is the speed of delivery. I live literally right down the block and typical delivery time is just over an hour. Food is usually cold.

It wasnt always like this, they took a major turn 6-7 months ago. Not sure what happened but...

I use to order from Pronto on Richmond Avenue for years. Atleast once a week when I am rinning around with my children and after school activities. Today they decided that I could not order the pizza special, one large pie, one topping and a soda. You have to get a topping. I spoke to a guy who said he was the manager Igly because the girl that answered the phone had no clue what was going on and kept putting me on hold. After 15 minutes of aggrivation and getting no where, I informed him that he just lost a great customer. I feel bad for the delivery guys. They are really nice. Definitely not worth going back. I ordered from Euro pizza instead and the pizza was even better. Goodbye Pronto. You should treat your customers better or get a new manager. He is rude, nasty and obnoxious. He needs better customer...

Ordered food for delivery. Our chicken roll was missing. When we called to let them know it was missing and if they could send the driver back with one, we were told they were too busy and could only give us credit. When my mother went to bite into a chicken wing she spit it back out so quick because the chicken wings were still raw. We then called back to ask for a refund because not only was part of our order missing but now we had raw chicken wings that could have made us extremely ill. The person on the phone gave us attitude saying we kept calling too much to complain about our order and demanded that we bring back our order. How are you catching an attitude with us when you guys messed up the order?! And could have gotten us sick! Never ordering from here again. Bad food and terrible...
