Urgent Boxes — Local services in New York

Out of the 4 items I paid for, here is what actually arrived and DIDN'T ARRIVE:

Box 1: Inserts arrived unglued, completely unusable.

Box 2: Boxes were never received. Wrong inserts were sent, and they don’t even fold.

Box 3: Catering boxes - only 10 out of 30 delivered.

Box 4: With no insert - useless without the insert.

Order Placed: August 13 Promised Delivery: First week of September Today’s Date: September 21

I have been in contact with their agent David, as well as their so-called “Support Department” and Andy. After 5–6 follow-ups, I’ve received no refund, and no replacement order. Their customer service has been dismissive and unhelpful at every step. And they have called me to delete this review. (Originally posted on Sunday 22nd, called me on Monday 23rd), they had not called me back since my last email exchange with them on Thursday. And now they are saying that I never confirmed I wanted to receive the reproduced correct inserts even though they sent me this the past week: “Therefore, I have instructed my Production Department to reproduce the specific quantities that were damaged or stuck in transit and have them delivered to you promptly.” But now they are saying I haven’t confirmed it, even though even they did.

At this point, I will be pursuing legal action to recover my payment. The only way to stop this claim is a full refund immediately.

This company is unreliable, unprofessional, and operates like a scam. Do not waste your time or money — there are far cheaper suppliers with far better quality. Ordering here was a serious mistake.

Fake business. Avoid...

Even after filing a small-claims case — and discovering that their supposed “NYC office” is just a mailbox and cannot be legally served — I’m still waiting for any resolution. When I spoke with “David” last week, he told me they would not issue a refund and claimed the package would finally leave customs after two months, even though they never paid the customs fees. I have received no refund, no replacement, and no clear communication. The management team has not responded once, and replies have become rare. Overall, this seems like an extremely unprofessional and unreliable company. Proceed...
