We have ordered here many times and never had a problem before, the delivery guy is really kind and food is usually good. But today our order was super late and hadn’t even started based on the online tracker so I called the store and nobody answered so I got a call center person who transferred me back, and then the phone rang for legitimately 4 solid minutes before it was answered. An employee said it just came out of the oven but that the driver had just left. By then it was 90 minutes since the order was placed and 22 minutes after the delivery window the tracker showed, so I asked if they could help with a refund or if I needed to call corporate. He asked if we could cancel our order online and I said no, so he said the manager did so we could get a refund. Then the manager took the phone and said door dash was delivering bc the delivery driver wouldn’t be back for 18 minutes, and when I tried to ask a question he talked over me so I told him (calmly but firmly) I needed him to stop talking and listen to me first. He raised his voice and chewed me out for a solid 90 seconds, then said that WE cancelled the order and it was going in the trash. No idea what was going on up there today but this was an absolutely bonkers response from a “manager”. I was not yelling or cursing, I was definitely direct and assertive, but as someone who ran a Starbucks for 8 years I was a walk in the park and he lost it on me. Read moreI almost never leave reviews online, but I think it is worth it this time. There was a time that I would have given this particular pizza hut store a one star review. Their customer service used to be the worst I'd ever experienced. I have to jump on board with the others and say that they got an excellent find when they hired Joseph as a manager there. We had the incorrect wings delivered to us. When I called, they sent somebody out with a new order of wings. It was incorrect again. That's when Joseph started calling. He made sure to personally speak to everyone involved, figured out what was going wrong and personally made sure the correct order was cooked, he put the sauce on, packaged them, put them in the bag and handed them to a new driver himself. He then followed up to let me know they were on their way, then called again about 15 minutes later to make sure that everything was correct and we were happy with the order. He even threw in some extra utensils, ranch and I'm pretty sure there was an extra wing in there. Thank you for changing my mind about the customer service of this Pizza Hut!...

Called 30 minutes before closing and was hung up on on every call and at 10:30 the automated system said they were closed which they close at 11:00. Have been told on several calls they don't deliver to our area which everytime I have to get a manager to settle the issue. Some of the people there are so unprofessional. Had a driver keep a large amount of money as a tip when my son with aspergers went to pay. Called the store and the driver answered the phone and tried to tell me there was no management available. Hung up called back got a different person and manager was available all of a sudden. I insisted for my tip to be returned because the manager agreed what the driver did was wrong.
