Bread has been a staple food for Millenia, and the Europeans perfected it, so it was good, healthy, had only the 3-4 necessary ingredients, was crispy on the outside and soft on the inside, and it was delicious!

And the ''BREAD STREET BOYS'' in Plano continue with that delicious, culinary delight. Actually, they perfected it a bit more, because they'll slice it for you!

They say in Switzerland, that the holes are best part of the Swiss Cheese - you know, the one with holes that is perfect with wine, fruit, jams, or hey, Nutella if you fancy that combination! The BREAD STREET BOYS make Sourdough bread, and their bread, like any excellent sourdough, has holes, too. Their bread is always freshly baked, you can find their bakery by following the enticing scent of freshly baked goodies, kind of like you used to prance to the kitchen when your mom was baking cookies. Same idea!

If the bread you're currently buying has a list of ingredients longer than Santa's gift list, and half of those ingredients you can't even pronounce, because they sound like the things from your high school chemistry class, it's time to make a switch - your health, your gut, and your taste buds deserve it! The Boys' bread has only 3 ingredients: flour, salt, and water. Those are the kinds of ingredients that they used to use when Abraham was around, and he was around for over a hundred years, so let me tell you: here's proof that the Boys' bread is good, and will keep you climbing mountains when you'll be 80!

If you are far from their location - don't fret, because their bread is sold in upscale stores and restaurants around the DFW area.

Hope you'll treat yourself to some of their bread, or if your taste buds are spoiled, because you only eat the best that the culinary establishments have to offer, I'd recommend that you'd get their scrumptious pizza. But that's for the pizza connoisseurs - you haven't had a pie like their pie, believe me, you'll never go back to any of the other guys for...

SO good, don’t even hesitate!

I love to cook and even make my own sourdough pasta, breads and pizza. However, I was tired after a long day at work and didn’t have anything in the fridge that I could whip up easily. This was the only authentic sourdough pizza that I could find nearby and decided to place an order for delivery. They had a fabulous bogo offer so we got 2 margarita pizzas for the price of one, love!

The pizza showed up hot and fresh. My goodness, the quality of ingredients surpassed any and all expectations for delivery pizza. We gobbled up the first pizza that night and have been enjoying the leftovers little by little. Our favorite way to enjoy the cold pizza is with fresh arugula and homemade ranch drizzled on top, to die for!

No guilt, no feeling yucky the next day, just fabulous! I’ve since started following them on socials and can’t wait to go to the Dallas Farmers Market to try some of their other fresh goodies. I’ve also convinced my family to go there for my SIL’s birthday dinner as I know she’ll love it! I can’t wait to experience the restaurant.

Amazing product y’all, quality and...

My son is visiting from California and is wanting to eat good pizza so he googled and found this hiding gem. Doordashed for pizza it and a WOW !! pizza was so good , I ate a piece and it's so flavorful and palatable ! Crust ? can't stop eating it ! Then read about it they started as a bakery by the way like 4 years ago then expanded to pizza . Since the pizza was so good , we decided to visit their store , located in a quaint place and was greeted by the friendly staff , I asked for the focaccia bread and had 1 left - baked today btw! got lucky . Got home and toasted few slices and it's so addictive , dipped in extra virgin olive oil ! I ate 4 slices !! My son was so happy ate 2 pieces ( normally he is on no carb diet ) but tonite forget about it ! and he said it's one of the best bread he has eaten .. can't wait to go back there again , now I found a new place to buy freshly baked focaccia bread that's out of this world ! Bread Street Boys might be the best pizza I’ve had in the area! I randomly came across the business while scrolling through UberEats. The creative name caught my eye, and the positive reviews helped me decide to order from this place! I went with the Hawaiian and Carbonara pizzas. The toppings on both were very generous, beautiful, and of high quality. The crust was also magnificent! It’s made out of sourdough, which is quite impressive and adds subtle but unique flavor. The crust was thin and perfectly crispy with the right amount of chew. My only critique was the sauce on the Hawaiian pizza was slightly too sweet for my taste but nothing too egregious. Overall, I would order from this place again and absolutely recommend you try Bread Street Boys!
