I recently visited HOME DECOR' Furniture located on Springfield Ave. in Newark, NJ., after canceling an order with a big retail store due to the product not being available for delivery after five months. I was looking to purchase a queen size sofa sleeper which was a birthday gift from my sister's. I ​was greeted by the sales representative Mr. David Hill. David very was pleasant, knowledgeable and understood my specific needs. Moreover, he did not attempt to sell me something other than what I wanted and advised that he would be able to deliver it that Monday; in which it was and early than the times specified. Customer service was excellent in store. But the furniture not stable. After 4week bed start shaking ,the board that runs around bed is very weak n unstable. The legs move and doesn't stay in place ,so you gotta be careful laying on it. For a brand new bed

Update post, so upon examining the bed I observed the guys installed my bed uneven Some high some low. The feet's of the beds not on the floor. This is very unprofessional job done while paying ur money. Quality of this installed bed was rushed and not put together 🙄 😒 .....

Walked in with my fiancé and was immediately greeted and asked if we needed help. The sales associate was nice to my fiancé but dismissive with me, he only addressed my fiancé (a male) and when I answered questions he laughed and said he was talking to him. He asked my fiancé where he parked, I answered, he laughed and said I was talking to him I said yes but I drove, he chuckled and continued talking to my fiancé. This happened a few times.
