First of all, All respect to Kenny Jacks to making it this far being an "Artist". The cart he made for me is an embarassment. We paid this guy $400 for a 1 day construction of a cart that he gave me unfinished! The craftsmanship looks like something a child made. Old chipped wood, the wheels are not rounded, he didnt even paint it, or sand it, only primed it (He told me he only primed it so i can paint it any color i want, What!?), it's wobbly, filled with splinters, nails and screws sticking out 🤦‍♂️.I can go on and on.

I asked him for a partial refund in exchange for good reviews, because we paid for a finished product, he told me I'm black mailing him for a 5 star review. Mr. Jack's is a celebrity and laughing stock in my neighborhood for the peice he put together. Whenever i look at it i laugh that i bought this joke of a cart. I had to finish it myself. Proceed at your own risk fellas 🙄.

Unfortunately, Kenny is not being honest, and is fabricating his reply to my review, Smh.

We NEVER negotiated a partially finished product.

We NEGOTIATED from $350, to $500 and settled at $400 because I live 2 hours away!! He was selling this same cart for $250 a day before for a sale he didn't want to honor. Never charged $600.

I never asked for a $40 refund. That is a Lie!

Don't use terms like "be blessed" when you're lying and putting on a front. My pictures are attached, and for potential buyers to see your claim of "Job well done".

Any Artist who takes pride in that joke piece they sold, taking no blame, and fabricating numbers to save face tells you a lot about...

If I could give this company negative stars I would. I reached out this man last year Dec around Christmas regarding 5foot LED numbers 0-9. I paid him $2450 in full and he advised me it would take a few weeks as he has to get supplies and wood together. I soon realized it was March and I hadn't heard anything from him. BTW the ph # listed is his cell phone, nobody but him answers the calls. April, still no product. My husband got involved towards the end of April as I still had no product 4 months later and I was now getting endless excuses from him. Towards the last week of April he sent me the #'s 1 and 0. The 0 is damaged and can't be used. I measured the numbers and they were 4 feet instead of the 5 feet that I paid for. The numbers don't even work. After 4 months I got 2 duds. He said he would send me a return label so I can return the numbers...off course I never got the labels. He sent me back $2000 and kept $450, why I am not sure, especially since the products he sent don't work and were the wrong size. Shouldn't I be given the whole $2450 back?. To bad l can give 0 starts The worst experience in my life with a supplier. I paid almost in full my order, and after 6 weeks back and forth he make a rainbow wall, that maybe my daughter could build it better, really bad finish, no cutted straight, and a table that doesn’t even look what he offered me. I complained and he starts to get nasty in the messages, calling bad customer, that I was a pain in the ass. No respect. He wants me to get the order, and the pieces were all very bad made, I just left everything and took $550 lost that I gave in advance. He uses internet images to offer his service, and it doesn’t look nothing alike when you go pick it up. Living and learning.
