My reviews are up and down. First off, the staff is SO RUDE! Everytime I spoke with someone their attitude was definitely not what it should be when dealing with this kind of work. I had a therapist and psychiatrist. I only spoke with Iris once and I did not really connect with her. It was almost as if I was just stared at the whole time and that was it. Now my psychiatrist on the other hand Dr Agecha was AMAZING! I definitely connected with her. She knows I am against medication and she was helping me try to figure out other ways to cope with being a single working mom with nobody. Well last time I spoke with Dr Agecha was probably around June or July. It's been quite hectic with juggling work and virtual learning for the kids and everything. I received a letter stating I had to make an app or my case was closed. I repeatedly made attempts to call and left 2 voice-mails letting them know I needed an app scheduled. I called today and they told me my case was closed! How is this allowed? I guess the same way these rude receptionist are allowed the attitudes they have towards the patients! So unacceptable! Wish I could just talk to Dr Agesha personally without having to go...
Read moreTerrible service. Initial receptionist I called to set up an appointment with over the phone with was nice. I did an intake and was told even though I already have a therapist I have to use one of their own for medication management which is understandable but why tell someone to cancel therapy with someone they like and have already made a connection with. After that I was sent to a prescriber who claimed to never receive any of my information or notes from my initial intake. She didn’t even know the name of the person who did my intake. I was told to take the recommended medication but when I asked for more information about what it was I was brushed off as if it wasn’t that serious. Next I was scheduled with their recommended therapist who canceled on me the morning of our appointment because she was apparently not in the office at all. I saw many red flags and decided to stay away. Super unprofessional behavior. I will be going...
Read moreUnprofessional to say the least. If not for Doctor Taha which gives me great care I would not have stayed. The front desk is a nightmare to deal with. Communication within the establishment is laughable. I feel like I'm doing most of the work by endlessly pursuing what I need, keep poking and prodding to get anything done. God forbid you have an issue to explain to the front desk. Untrained, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Again if it wasn't for Doctor Taha, which is the only help in that place, I'd be out. Shame on a place to call themselves Behavioral Health when they do not have their own act together. I wish for once to call the place and get one competent person who is not eager to hang up more than give actual service. I spent a month trying to get to the case manager. An entire month just to speak to them. People with mental disadvantages go here that need help....
