The service here was horrible by far the worst hardware store I've ever been to in my life. I've worked construction for 20 years. I waited in line for 10 minutes just to have the cashier look at me, turn his head and help a different customer outside. He didn't even acknowledge I was there. And let's not forget why this cashier had to help a customer outside, the only other cashier there was a sixteen-year-old kid who didn't know what he was doing or talking about and needed help with every single customer. Even when I first walked in there was no one there to ask if I needed anything like every other Ace has. Any other employee in the store looked away from you as soon as you made eye contact. This was supposed to be a quick stop on my way home so I didn't have to go out of my way to go to a different store but I will never be stopping to this one again.
