Burger King — Restaurant in Newaygo

Got the wrong food after an extremely long wait. I got more food than I ordered though, and what I got wrong I liked, so I didn't go back to swap. The inside was dirty with food everywhere on the floor behind the counter. One girl was walking around with her shoes untied (she was in charge). Everyone was nice, and I know there's a shortage of people, but acting and looking a little more professional would be nice. Also, when I worked fast food, we had someone sweeping and cleaning every twenty minutes and/or in between customers. This place hadn't been swept up all day, and they had two people doing nothing. Worst Burger King I have ever been to took them 3 minutes to ask for my order and when I informed them I was using the coupon she sighed and then when I got to the window it took her another 4 minutes to open the window and take my money and I asked for salt and ketchup and she sighed again and said "uhhhhh I guess" we get to the next window there's a gentleman there who has a bunch of facial hair and no hair net on. Not friendly at all may I add and we get our food and we have cold fries so we wait I had to honk to get his attention and tell him that our fires are cold and then he appears with some fries that were hot... not impressed. I’m typically not one to leave bad reviews. But time after time this burger king is a HUGE disappointment. They’re employees are very rude, their wait time is typically over 10 minutes, and if I don’t check what they give me every single time, they screw me out of food! I paid $5 for a sandwich I didn’t even receive! They didn’t give me the receipt so I can’t even go back and complain. Of course when I went to go call them their number they have listed on both goggle and Facebook has been disconnected. I’m done with this place and i suggest you do the same. Have it your way?
